What is a Summary?
Our Summaries give a concise overview of the security and travel safety situation for a Destination. It includes the country Risk Level and an overview of the political, terrorism, unrest, crime, natural hazards, health and local travel situation in a country.
We have Summaries for all the countries and territories covered by our Destination reports, which are more than 230.
Use cases
For TMCs, our Summaries can be the first piece of risk intelligence their travellers encounter about a destination, ideal for not overwhelming them with unnecessary information.
Security companies can have access to Riskline's Summaries from their GSOC to gain basic knowledge of the risks around their customers and their assets in a given destination.
Insurance companies can provide our Summaries to their customers at the booking stage, pre-travel and during travel. As policyholders are better informed about their destination, they are less likely to change their travel plans and encounter unexpected risks and more likely to travel to safer destinations.
Requirements
A URL endpoint where we will POST the data.

- All Summaries come with a two-letter code based on ISO standards for countries and territories.
- When we send the initial POST to your endpoint, we will be sending a payload that contains all Summaries.
- If we make any updates, we will send a new POST request to your endpoint and send the complete Summary for that Destination.
