WorldInsights is Riskline’s new and improved travel data for smart travellers and easy journeys.

All the same great information you use today, now structured around the travel journey so it’s easy to plug-and-play our APIs directly into your platform at the right point.

With WorldInsights we’re making it:

easier to integrate our APIs faster
allow for greater personalisation for your users
give you greater flexibility over what Riskline information you use and display.

Nothing about your current APIs will change right now and you will still be able to use them as you currently do. The migration to the new API structure will happen over the course of two years and we will maintain backwards compatibility. Your account manager will work with you to answer any questions you may have and assist with the transition process.

The first WorldInsights API: Travel Search

The WorldInsights for Travel Search API gives travellers the confidence to book their trip.

Vital information such as visa or travel authorisation requirements, insurance requirements, local conditions, upcoming events or ongoing issues can be integrated right within your platform’s search flow, removing the need for further research on other sites.

The API allows the input of several data points to personalise the output:

Traveller nationality
Origin
Destination
Date of Departure
Date of Return
