COVID-19 Endpoint sunset

As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure our COVID-19 API provides accurate data efficiently, we will sunset a now-redundant endpoint.
The /covid/us-quarantine-data endpoint that is part of our COVID-19 API service (v2 and v3) will sunset on 1st October
All US domestic quarantine regulations and requirements will still be captured under the "region" section of the JSON.
