Update to the names of two destinations in our database

We will be updating the names of two destinations in our database to better align with ISO naming:
- Cape Verde becomes Cabo Verde
- Turkey becomes Türkiye
We will start to replace the old names in the report, but there may be a period of overlap until all the old names are removed.
