Minor additions to COVID-19 microsite

We have made the following additions to the COVID-19 microsite:

Added additional details to Testing and Quarantine sections, including for each rule:

• effective dates
• traveller profiles, including vaccination status and recent travel history

Added additional details to Quarantine rules:

• advance quarantine booking requirements
• quarantine proof requirements
• early release details

Further, the Upon Arrival, After Arrival and Quarantine rules are now separated by individual rules within each section

The new details are only present for destinations that provide this information.
