Crisis BETA module FAQ

The Crisis BETA module in the Riskline Portal consolidates existing intelligence about the crisis caused by the US/Israel-Iran conflict in the Middle East.

Where does the information come from?

All information is sourced from Riskline’s existing intelligence, covering Alerts, Advisories, Risk Levels (country and city), the Airlines database, and Airspace data. The content displayed is therefore created with the same methodology and sources used to produce all reports, which you can read more about here.

How frequently is the information updated?

The crisis module displays live updates, meaning that every time we publish a new alert or advisory, a change in the overall, conflict, travel or city risk level, a change in the status of airlines and airspace of any of the countries affected. This is visible in the ‘Latest Developments’ feed.

How long will you be supporting the module?

At present, we continue monitoring the crisis closely as it evolves, and we will maintain the module active until the end of the crisis.

Who has access to the Crisis Beta module?

Currently, the Crisis Beta module is visible to all clients who access the portal, giving access to info for countries affected, also to those clients who access limited countries’ content in the portal.

Is the Crisis Beta module available as an API?

The Crisis Beta module is currently not available as an API. We have the possibility to build it if the need arises.

Can users download or export parts of the Crisis Beta module?

At present, the Crisis Beta content can’t be downloaded or exported.

Can I customise the view?

Partially. Right now, you can view elements on the map and page based on custom preferences: risk level or airspace mode for the map, all or single country view for the content.

Can users be notified of a change in the Crisis Beta module?

At present, we don’t offer a notification system in the Crisis Beta module. By refreshing the page, users can see the latest developments available.
