Changes to regions in the Riskline database

We have updated our internal regions database to comply with ISO3166-2 standards for the following countries:

Korea:

• We renamed "South Jeolla" KR-46" to "Jeonnam-Gwangju", keeping the same code.
• We removed "Gwangju" KR-29 from the data.

Angola:

• We added a new region "Icolo e Bengo", code AO-ICB
• For "Luanda" we updated the polygon to reflect its current surface area.

The changes will be reflected in our Alerts and Advisories APIs, as well as our Collections.
